Contractor Management Portal
A portal that prepares contractor companies to work on the principal employer’s site. The OHS, Legal, HR and Health departments each define the documents they require; the contractor uploads its documents to the portal; each department reviews only its own documents. Its framework is Turkish OHS Law No. 6331 and the principal employer’s obligations towards subcontractors.

What YYP solves
Collects the documents of contractors coming on site in one flow; once every department involved has approved, the company and its staff are cleared for the site.
Each department requests its own documents
The OHS, Legal, HR and Health departments each define which documents they require. On the review board, each department sees and approves only the documents that concern it.
Contractor portal
The contractor uploads its company documents, its staff, the equipment it will bring to site, chemicals (with safety data sheets) and waste to the portal; it sees only its own company.
Requests and templates
The department commissioning the work (maintenance, production…) opens a request; ready-made request templates are used for recurring jobs.
Clearance certificate and gate check
Once every department has approved, a clearance certificate is issued. When the QR code is scanned at the gate, the result is calculated on the spot: if a document has lapsed or expired, entry shows as invalid even with a printed certificate in hand. Every scan is logged; entry cards are tracked separately.
Expiry tracking
Documents nearing or past their expiry date are listed; when a document expires, the task falls to the relevant department and appears on its list.
KVKK (Turkish data protection) and retention
Personal data does not leave the country; documents are stored in Turkey. Documents whose retention period has ended enter the disposal flow; who saw and changed what stays in the audit trail.
