Audit trail everywhere
Data is never deleted or overwritten. Every change records who changed what, when and why, with the old and new values — whichever product it is.
No deletion, only deactivation
Records are not deleted; they are deactivated. Physical disposal happens only when the retention period ends, and the disposal itself leaves a trace.
Behaviour through configuration
Organisation-specific rules — approval steps, document types, calculation formulas — are set up through configuration, not hard-coded.

Contractor Management Portal
A portal that prepares contractor companies to work on the principal employer’s site. The OHS, Legal, HR and Health departments each define the documents they require; the contractor uploads its documents to the portal; each department reviews only its own documents. Its framework is Turkish OHS Law No. 6331 and the principal employer’s obligations towards subcontractors.
