1. Scope
These terms cover the website at cscodebilisim.com. Installations at the products’ own addresses are governed by the contracts signed for those installations; this text neither replaces nor changes them.
2. Nature of the content
The product and service descriptions on this site are for information; on their own, they do not constitute an offer or a commitment. What is binding is the written offer given after the scoping call.
The measured figures published on the site (number of test scenarios, product size, standard-clause mappings) show the state at the time they were measured, and each carries its measurement date. They are not performance commitments for any particular installation; the records for an organisation are produced separately in that installation. How the measurements are made.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, images, interface drawings, screenshots and brand mark on this site belong to CS-Code Bilişim, Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Eğitim. You may quote them with attribution; copying or republishing for commercial purposes requires written permission.
One of the products, Labdata LIMS, is published under its own brand on the labdata.com.tr domain.
4. External links
The site links to the product installations (lims.labdata.com.tr · qms.cscodebilisim.com · itsm.cscodebilisim.com · yyp.cscodebilisim.com). When you visit those addresses, the terms and privacy practices of that installation apply.
5. Availability and interruptions
Uninterrupted operation of the site is not guaranteed. There may be interruptions due to maintenance, version upgrades or infrastructure. Where a service-level commitment exists for an installation, it is defined in the relevant contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes.
