Software that’s ready whenever the auditor is.
A family of enterprise software for laboratory, quality, IT and site management. Every change leaves a trace, every calculation keeps its rationale and every approval has an owner — inside the system. When the auditor asks, the answer is not a presentation; it is a record.
Highlights
A growing product family
Each product covers its own field; all are built on the same audit-trail discipline.
Live in an accredited laboratory
The most mature member of the family is in daily use with real samples in an accredited laboratory.
A separate installation for every organisation
On your own servers or hosted by us; separate database, separate permissions, separate backups. Data from different organisations never sits in the same pool.
An audit trail that is never deleted
Every change records who changed what, when and why, with the old and new values. Data is never deleted or overwritten.
Which one is your job?
All of our products grew out of the same question: when the auditor asks “how do you know?”, the system should answer — not someone’s memory.
I run a laboratory
Samples, tests and reports move through spreadsheets; gathering evidence for an audit takes days.
I’m responsible for quality
Document revisions, CAPA and audit findings live in different places; compiling data before management review takes too long.
I run the IT department
Requests sit in e-mail, assets in spreadsheets, and changes go unrecorded.
I bring contractors on site
OHS, Legal, HR and Health each ask for documents separately; missing documents put site access at risk.
One discipline, a growing family
Each product covers its own field, but all follow the same rules: no record is ever deleted, every change records its owner and time, and every installation serves a single organisation.
Labdata LIMS
In customer useEvery laboratory process, from sample receipt to accredited report, on one platform.
- ALCOA+ audit trail
- IQ · OQ · PQ validation evidence
- Exact decimal arithmetic
- GAMP 5 validation
QMS
Running liveBrings documents, nonconformities, audits, risk and management review into one system and produces the evidence at audit time.
- Documents, controlled copies and e-signature
- Nonconformity · CAPA · 8D
- Internal audit and audit evidence pack
- Risk · FMEA · control plan
ITSM
Running liveAnswers “What is IT doing, how long does it take, what do we have?” with evidence.
- Request · incident · problem
- Asset inventory and relationship map
- Service levels and escalation
- Self-service portal for employees
Contractor Management Portal
Running liveCollects the documents of contractors coming on site in one flow; once every department involved has approved, the company and its staff are cleared for the site.
- Department-based document requests and review
- Self-service portal for contractors
- Clearance certificate and QR-code check at the gate
- Expiry tracking and KVKK-compliant retention
The family is growing. New products are being developed on the same audit-trail discipline; a product is listed here only once it actually exists and its stage can be stated.
All productsSoftware, consulting and training
Delivering software is not enough: an installation stays healthy when the same team installs the system, ties it to the standard and hands it over to the people who will use it.
Software
We develop our products ourselves, and we also do the adaptations specific to each installation. Depending on your preference, the installation runs on your own servers or on servers we host. Every installation runs with its own database, permissions and backup scheme.
- Installation on your own servers or on servers we host
- Product installation and adaptation to your organisation
- Data migration from existing systems
- Separate database, separate permissions, separate backups
- Version upgrades and maintenance
Consulting
Within the scope of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001, we work on how processes move into software, how validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) evidence is produced and how to prepare for an audit.
- Standard clause – screen mapping
- Validation plan and IQ/OQ/PQ evidence
- Pre-audit review
- Applying data integrity (ALCOA+)
Training
We hand the installed system over to everyday users, the quality manager and the IT department with role-based training and handover documents.
- Role-based user training
- Configuration training for the quality manager
- Operations and backup training for the IT department
- Handover and training records
Four steps, in a fixed order
We don’t install before the scope is agreed, and we don’t hand over without training and handover documents. When the order breaks, what goes missing is the evidence.
Scoping call
What is measured, what is audited, which standard applies.
Installation and adaptation
On your own servers or hosted by us; a separate installation for every organisation.
Training and handover
Role-based training and handover documents.
Maintenance and support
Version upgrades and tracking of changes to standards.
When the auditor asks, the answer is a record
The figures below were not written for marketing: they are read from Labdata LIMS’s own validation records, and the source of each sits right below it. This is what the validation infrastructure looks like in the family’s most mature member.
What we don’t do
We don’t hide what is out of scope. Putting a boundary in a footnote is just a polite way of not stating it.
We don’t sell off-the-shelf packages
Products are installed adapted to your organisation. We have no package we could describe as “download, install, use”; we don’t install anything without a scoping call.
We don’t guarantee that you will pass an audit
Producing the evidence is our job; the auditor makes the decision. The system itself produces the records an audit asks for — who changed what and when, who holds which approval — but we do not promise an accreditation or certification outcome. If someone does promise that, ask them what the promise is based on.
Not a multi-tenant cloud service
Every installation serves a single organisation — on your own servers or hosted by us; separate database, separate permission scheme, separate backups. Data from different organisations never sits in the same database. This is a design decision, not a shortcoming.
Let’s talk about your scope
Tell us what you are working on and which questions you face in audits; our first reply will not be a price list but how the scope should be set up.
We reply the same day.
