Privacy notice
Information on how your personal data is processed on this site, under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Last updated: 8 Oct 2026 · This text was not copied from a template; what the system actually does was measured and then written down.
1. Data controller
Data controller: CS-Code Bilişim, Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Eğitim. For requests: info@cscodebilisim.com.
2. What data is processed
2.1 If you fill in the contact form
| Data | Required | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Full name | Yes | To know how to address you |
| E-mail address | Yes | To send you our reply |
| Organisation | No | To understand the scope correctly |
| Phone | No | To call you (only if you provide it) |
| Subject | No | To route the message to the right person |
| Product of interest | No | To answer about the right product |
| Your message | Yes | To understand your request |
| IP address | Automatic | To limit abuse (bulk form submissions) |
| Browser identification | Automatic | To tell automated submissions apart |
| Submission time | Automatic | To keep records in order |
| Form language (Turkish/English) | Automatic | To reply in the same language |
When the form is submitted, the message is written to two places: (1) a log file on this server, and (2) the info@cscodebilisim.com mailbox, also on this server. Because this machine is also the domain’s mail server, the message never leaves the server; no third-party form service or mail provider is used.
2.2 If you only browse the site
If you don’t fill in the form, no information is requested from you. Like every web server, the server keeps a technical access log:
- IP address
- Browser identification (User-Agent)
- Requested address and HTTP status code
- Request time and duration
- Browser language preference
Logs are kept only for server security and fault investigation. They are not used for visitor profiling, matching individuals or marketing.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Answering your request — KVKK Art. 5/2(c): directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (pre-contractual discussion).
- Server security and fault investigation — KVKK Art. 5/2(f): the legitimate interest of the data controller.
- Limiting form abuse — KVKK Art. 5/2(f): legitimate interest.
We do not process data for marketing. We send no e-mail to the address you give in the form other than about your request; we have no newsletter.
4. Transfers
Your personal data is not transferred to any third party and does not leave Turkey. The server running the site and the server hosting the info@cscodebilisim.com mailbox are the same machine; the form message never leaves it.
The site has no analytics, advertising pixels, chat tools or embedded content — the number of requests leaving our own host at run time is 0. The fonts (IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono) are downloaded at build time and served from our own server. Opening a page sends no request to Google or any other font provider — and this has a legal consequence: your IP address never reaches a font provider.
5. Retention period
Form records are kept after your request is concluded for as long as the business relationship requires. If you ask for deletion, we delete the record and confirm it in writing.
Server logs rotate by size, not by time: when a file reaches 50 MB a new one is started, and the latest 7 files are kept. How far back the records go therefore depends on traffic; stating a fixed number of days would be wrong.
6. Cookies
This website uses no cookies at all. Session cookies, analytics cookies, marketing cookies — none of them. Nothing is written to your browser’s local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) either. For details, see the cookie policy page.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information about it if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom it has been transferred
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to an outcome against you that results from analysis exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
You can send your application to info@cscodebilisim.com. Your request will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.
8. Data in the installations we deliver
This notice covers this website only. For data processed in the systems we install for our customers, the data controller is the customer organisation; we act as a data processor in those installations, under contract. For the data rules of installations, see the privacy policy page.
